I've been training with Donagh for the last four months now and have seen better more definitive results in that time than I have ever seen training on my own.The attention to detail with regards the training and calorie counting all the way to the optimal technique on the individual exercises makes things very simple. Donagh is a highly motivational and truly knowledgeable personal trainer. He has helped me in my fitness journey in so many ways. He really cares about your health and wellbeing and will do everything he can to keep you motivated when you need it the most. Training with Donagh is great. He has a vast in depth knowledge of the body and really explains each exercise clearly and in a way I understand. He is motivational and really encouraging it makes you want to keep going. I feel good about myself after a session with him.
