Saw Phil for a niggling shoulder issue that had been persistently effecting my powerlifting performance for some months. It became that painful and tight that I just had to get it sorted. Phil spent time explaining my issues and ways of training around my shoulder problems. Excellent gym run by Phil Spalding ... 1:1 assessment initially,then set up a comprehensive personally tailored programme with 1:1 supervision . Caters for all ages and abilities . I’m towards the ‘older end’ and have a persistent shoulder problem that Phil is improving .. wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
