After having a horrific experience with Edf & being left with no electricity Providor came out our property. The engineer Rooklin Lawrence was fantastic. He was professional & explained the situation & what he was doing clearly. He answered all our questions & resolved the problem quickly. Fantastic service from Rooklin.

I had an engineer called Jack, what a pleasant young man! I didn’t even feel like he was an engineer, he felt I’ve known him for years! Got the job sorted so quick and easy, was polite and kind! Thank you Jack for everything!

Damaged my meter box during installation. Refused to repair, or pay for repairs. Offered a 30 pounds one off payment when the damage is over 20 times that. To make matters worse, they tried to leave without saying anything, even though they noticed the damage (show cctv evidence).

The worst company to work for. Honestly. Where do I even begin. Ella the manager sacked everybody during lockdown and blamed it on poor performance. I have been waiting to leave a review on this company for years. But they kept blocking peoples bad reviews. Didn’t allow people to work their notice including the managers. Gossipy atmosphere. Rules were broken where they had people working in the office during the lockdown and favourite people got to work from home. Poor training provided. Grow...

I saw a lot of negative reviews so I thought I would share my positive experience with Providor. The engineer arrived promptly at 8.30am on the day he was supposed to be there. The power was off at 8.45, he then fitted the new smart meter and the power was back on at 9.15. Absolutely no issues whatsoever.
