I came across ProtoFit through a friend’s recommendation, and was very pleased with the consistency and level of the support and sessions. They provide sessions to train online or in class, monthly check ins for progress and goals as well as monthly challenges to really allow you to focus on your next goal. I started training with the ProtoFit Team at the beginning of the first lockdown in 2020 and so far I’ve lost 18.6kg (2.8 stone). The zoom sessions are fun, effective and convenient. The team are also motivating and engaged throughout the sessions which happen throughout the week at varying times. I have joined Protofit for a good few years now and I love each session I go to. The classes keep me in a good fitness routine and it’s nice to join other members who are all at didn’t fitness levels. Rob, Julian and Kadeem are very supportive and make each session enjoyable. They are all so knowledgeable and passionate with what they do which makes me feel more positive and motivated when exercising!

Rob and his team are amazing. I was unfit having done no exercise for decades! I joined Protofit on recommedation and was really impressed the team are supportive and encouraged me to make exercise a part of my life, results have been great and whenever I felt like giving up Rob was there to motivate and guide with some really useful tips. I have joined ProtoFit a few month ago and glad that I did! The sessions are Fun and challenging, they're always different and you can be sure to sweat quite early on! maximum of 6 people per session so perfect to work in pairs or against one another for a bit of competition if that's what you like. Also you can make it as hard as you want depending on what weights you pick but Rob, Dave or Kadeem will ensure you don't go too light!!
