Joe has made me stronger and fitter, with excellent and varied sessions. He will tailor his sessions based on your goals or events you are training for. He can adapt and work with any Injuries, and he always focuses on form and technique, aomg with motivation and nutrition

Joe has been my personal trainer since 2014 and we are still going strong!. Joe's fitness and workout programme, along with his nutritional advice has been second 2 non. Every week he has a session planned for when I walk through the door and his encouragement and continued support keeps me uplifted and highly motivated. Fantastic job Joe, you are highly commended!

I have been working with Joe for nearly a year now and cannot recommend his services highly enough. His knowledge and knowhow are second to none, constantly encouraging you to challenge yourself and giving you guidance to achieve your personal goals through nutritional advice, good quality varied sessions and a great understanding of individual needs. I had never step foot in a gym before October last year and in honesty hated the idea of it! Having been told I needed to sort my core out to help my back I thought I'd better brave it. Joe has been excellent in teaching me all the various movements to build strength and I haven't once felt uncomfortable as I had no idea what I was doing to start with! I am already feeling so much stronger and with much less back ache. Cant recommend Joe enough!
