I have just completed a two month course with Louis and would thoroughly recommend him as a personal trainer. I wanted to develop core and upper body strength but had little confidence in using weights and undertaking resistance training. He devised a programme for me and taught me safe practice in using the equipment, whilst motivating me to achieve my goals. Despite my protestations at the beginning he has even got me doing dead lifts! Thanks Louis!

I highly recommend Louis. I joined the gym wanting to change my lifestyle to get healthier and fitter due to medical reasons. I signed straight up to a 12 week challenge to keep me motivated and ensure that I didn't quit the gym. Most classes were with Louis, he motivates you to work hard. Even after the challenge I have continued to attend Louis classes. He is always happy to help with any health and wellbeing questions.

Louis is amazing! An excellent coach. If you want results performance wise, I would highly recommend him. I compete as a masters athlete and my sprint times and my ability to jump have improved greatly. Before starting with PT with Louis I was struggling with my motivation and weight. Now I look more like an athlete and my nutrition has improved!
