Pronounce Languages

Susie has taught me both Spanish (121) and now a French course (in a small group) via Zoom. She is supportive and super knowledgeable - providing lovely etymological details as we learn. The pace of teaching is just perfect so that you don't feel overwhelmed and having a Whatsapp group to exchange messages with other learners is also really motivating outside of classes. We love Susie!

I've been having lessons with Susie for a few years now and feel I have reached a better standard than I managed when studying GCSEs at school. She's enthusiastic, knowledgeable and great at explaining some of the trickier areas of grammar (like the subjunctive). I enjoy each online session and always come away feeling more confident about expressing myself in French.

Susie is amazing. With her patience, talent and nurturing, she has managed to teach my autistic son the basics of Italian. He has very little concentration and doesn’t stick at many things but Susie has been teaching him for the last 3 years. Her enthusiasm and encouragement and the way she differentiates the lessons to Tom’s interests are what make her a first class teacher. He loves his weekly Italian sessions ❤️

Absolutely fantastic! I recently joined the beginners group course with Susie at Pronounce Languages and I cannot recommend her enough as a language tutor. I asked Susie to help my daughter with spoken French when she found herself in an A level class where she was the only non-native speaker. She was overwhelmed and disheartened. Susie was brilliant. She set key goals, was engaging as a tutor, and helped my daughter organise useful revision cards for assessments throughout the year. This obviously worked as she is predicted A* grades for her spoken French. With Susie's help she now feels like an equal in her French lessons. Thank you Susie!

Susie is an outstanding tutor who has guided my three children through GCSEs and A Levels in French and Spanish, as well as teaching conversational skills which have been invaluable when abroad. Not only are her teaching skills excellent, she is also everyone's favourite tutor because she is so kind and supportive. She makes learning fun with games and quizzes to enhance revision and is brilliant at helping those with learning disabilities. She is also utterly reliable. Very highly recommended.
