Started training with Simon after knee surgery and the improvement is huge - I'm now pain free walking and going up and down stairs and we're now working on specific areas to continue to improve my strength and ability to exercise. Simon is very knowledgeable about the body and develops training programmes to address week on week issues that I may be suffering with. Highly recommended.

I have trained with Simon for almost 12 years. In those years I’ve had 2 children and trained during pregnancy right up to 2 weeks prior to childbirth. Simon provides me with an individually tailored programme and is constantly changing up the programme to enable me to continue to build strength. Excellent well structured training which takes into account pre existing injuries and conditions. Simon takes the time to listen to you and explain the sessions so you can understand how to make improvements. Very focused, specific attention to your personal needs. Understands the body and it’s functionality very well, accurately pinpoints what needs to be done and prepares exercise plans accordingly. Has helped me continue my sporting interests through various injuries and helped my mobility and stamina in those sports enormously. I have been a client for about 5 years.
