I have been going to Callum for 7 weeks, and have already noticed a massive difference in both my fitness and mindset. I thoroughly enjoy my training sessions which is something I did not think was possible. I’m so glad I found Project Jordan. Callum is SUCH a good trainer. The main thing that I love about our sessions is how supportive he is. I might be lifting a weight/training in a way that is really tough or big for me, and he is on those little wins with me - even though he could probably do whatever I am doing with his little finger. Would recommend him to anyone!

I’ve been having PT sessions weekly since the end of February. Probably had six sessions at the studio plus Callum very kindly sends me two sessions a week for me to complete at home. I receive short videos of each exercise to show me how I should do them. Which is really helpful. My muscle mass has increased, I feel stronger too. I’ve also lost just over half a stone. Callum is friendly and knowledgeable, I really enjoy my sessions with him. I would recommend him without hesitation. 👍🏻

I started in July 2021 not knowing what to expect from my free taster session. The months have gone by and the weight has slowly come off and the sessions are varied and enjoyable. I wasn’t a person that enjoyed exercise but find that the variety makes it more enjoyable. The seasons are designed with the limits that your body can handle and are changed to suit you. I wanted to get moving but wasn’t sure where to start so I reached out to Callum and joined him in his impressive, private gym, where I’ve been able to build my knowledge and confidence. In addition to regular 1-2-1 sessions, Callum also supports me with my at-home session plans. The app he uses for planning is like having a PT in your pocket, which I absolutely love, as it supports me in being able to confidently smash my workouts, with the guidance videos.
