I’ve been training with ProjectFit for two years now. The trainers are dedicated and always available to provide fitness and nutrition advice. Classes cater for all levels and always great fun.

Project:fit is one of the best things I signed up todo. Very hard 1st few classes but glad I have continued to go. Instructors are great & give you the extra push needed & everyone that attends the classes are friendly & patient with a newbie like me. If you are thinking of joining just do it you will be pleased you did + training at the lake is a great place to be.

I have used project:fit for a couple of years now and enjoy that the sessions are suitable for all abilities and fitness levels and I find the trainers knowledgeable and helpful, also for myself I need a no nonsense approach due to my unmotivated personality!!! And all of the trainers are able to handle and adapt to every individual in each class.

Love being a member of Project:fit everyone is so friendly and motivate me to do my best. The Personal Trainers are very professional and make sure the correct movements are being performed, offering easier/harder alternatives to suit each individuals ability. During my time with project:fit my fitness levels have improved so much and even when carrying an injury the PT's have been able to offer me alternative movements and support so I have been able to continue with the training. I've been training and attending fitness session with Fit4Life for some time now and I've been pleased with the results, the nutritional advice and the knowledge of the trainers. The classes cater for all shapes, sizes and fitness levels, and above all they are enjoyable to attend whilst also working you hard.
