  • Jess has gone out of her way to make sure that I am ready to take on the next week of exercise and food, followed by a weekly/daily check ins. She is also encouraging and also prompts me to go higher in terms of weights! I can see that my eating habits have changed to eating healthier in moderation and eating what I want with making great progress! She has been great and would definitely recommend!

  • I’ve been training with Jess for a few months now and I cannot rate her more highly. In the past, I did not enjoy exercise and I cancelled numerous wasted gym memberships, as I just didn’t go.
