Progress Lymm

Ive not been to the gym at Lymm but ive been attending classes with PT Adam Lee Heathcote for 2 years in Urmston. He is very professional, knowledgable and motivational. All his classes are full of variety, hard work, fun and all different levels of fitness are made welcome. Love, love, love his classes. Lymm are very lucky to have him as a trainer.

5 stars - Jake is an excellent and personable trainer who professionally guides you through all the programmes and activities you need to improve your fitness and movement. It’s enjoyable too so what could be better.

After two years of no training and little exercise I needed to get back into a gym and was looking for somewhere local that provides group training. Progress Lymm has been perfect! The groups are relatively small meaning you get plenty of focus and attention from the trainer, and there is a good mix of cardio and strength work. This gym class is just what I’d been looking for ! Instructor led small classes which push you along on your fitness journey bespoke instruction which tailors to your ability and ambition. Fun, functional and I never thought I could do the strength work I am now able to (absolute beginner) If you live locally it’s a bonus !

I recently joined Progress Lymm. After the trial month I've decided to continue my membership. The classes are small, Jake the instructor provides challenging workouts but that allow you to work at your own ability so I feel I can still push myself but without causing an injury. The classes are varied between upper and lower body with some cardio. Excellent warm up and down. The other members are friendly and its a welcoming environment.
