Director’s Statement As a senior school leader with nearly 30 years of education experience, mostly in Merseyside, I know what it takes to produce rapid school improvement. I have considerable experience of leading schools in challenging circumstances to facilitate transformation out of special measures and into good and outstanding. I have seen first-hand how the effectiveness of a school can be enhanced by targeted support from experienced professionals who are experts in their field.
