Never drove a counterbalanced FLT before, took a novice course and pass with confident. Mark definitely a brilliant instructor. He break down the complex theory and skill to easiest way for me to understand(English isn't my mother language). There is no doubt I will contact them for my refreshment course or other type of FLT course from them.
