I have worked out with Stephanie both in her group fitness classes (Bootcamp SE16 @ Stave Hill, Canada Water) and in the gym for personal training. Steph has been my personal trainer for 2+ years. She tailors my program to meet my specific goals and problem areas including working around other exercise I do. She has a passion for her work and keeps up to date with new and novel ways to train. I highly recommend her as a personal trainer.

I've been training with Steph for a few months and have really enjoyed our sessions. I have been training with Steph for a few months now and have been so impressed with the results I have achieved. I did not expect to progress so quickly but Steph builds you up steadily and gives you great confidence. She always explains reasons for each exercise and corrects your form. I really recommend her for both personal training and Bootcamp SE16.
