I have been going to Pro Fitness for about 10 months now. What a difference I have seen in myself, my fitness has exceeded, feel stronger, healthier and have pushed myself outside of my comfort zone, used gym equipment I had never used before, shown how to use it correctly and safely. I Feel so much more positive. Working out does relieve stress and anxiety. I have been going to Pro Fitness since last April and I couldn’t recommend them enough. I have tried so many gyms/fitness regimes over the years and nothing has stuck as well as their classes have. It is so much more than a gym, it’s also a community and everyone is really friendly and looks out for each other. Best gym I've ever been to! Louise and Michael are very approachable and will help you anyway they can. Love all the classes. Been going for around 2 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Excellent place to train with great people! Michael and Louise at pro fitness were a massive help for me last year the gym is friendly well equipped and between them both they have a wealth of fitness and well being knowledge. I started there last year inbetween the first and second lockdowns my fitness level and strength level increased in a matter of weeks I was feeling great then the second lock down came and the gym had to close but they kept me going with zoom sessions and lots of advice...
