I approached Joe to teach my son self defence which he has done and is doing brilliantly. Joe has a calm, friendly nature, very knowledgeable and very skilled. Highly recommend him. My son tells me he looks forward to seeing Joe every week and has built his confidence greatly on how to defend himself.

I have recently started training with Joe and he is a great trainer! Very knowledgable and personable, and no 2 sessions are the same! His style of training is very engaging and i feel like I've progressed a lot in the short time i’ve trained with him

I've been working with Joe now for 4 years. He has provided me with great insight and guidance, constantly creating enjoyable and varied sessions that have challenged me and created real progress. The difference in my strength and fitness between now and when I started is amazing, and and anyone else seeking the motivation to make a positive change should definitely consider Pro Fit sessions.

Have been training with Joe for over a year now, and I thoroughly would recommend to anyone. With Joe's guidance and knowledge I'm feeling leaner, faster and stronger. I've never really been into fitness or gym-going but I feel a real sense of accomplishment and improvement in my mind and body and overall confidence thanks to Joe's expertise, dedication and encouragement.
