My 7 year old son is thoroughly enjoying training with Pro 1. The improvement in his skills has vastly improved and he has only been training for a few months. A very good coach once said to me that when you are coaching be aware that the people you coach are there because they want to be, the way you speak to them and conduct yourself around them will impact their life as they will look up to you as someone they want to listen to.
