I wouldn’t recommend Priya. From the moment I arrived she seemed very abrupt(not easy to talk to) I felt quite uncomfortable and sitting on the floor with my condition (arachnoiditis) just added to it! We wasn’t off to a good start, but I am open minded and wanted to give it a go! I’d told Priya previously I had been very ill and hadn’t done any exercises and wanted to take it very slow, I was anxious as to what exercises I should and shouldn’t be doing. I have been practicing yoga with Priya to help with lower back problems and general flexibility for about a year now and she has been brilliant. My back no longer causes me trouble and I feel fitter all round. Highly recommend.

The yoga session by Priya was a lovely experience. The walk outside connecting with the natural elements set the tone for quite an intensive workout. Clear instructions and good demonstration by Priya . The healthy breakfast based on Ayurvedic recipes was tasty and light. Deepa shared as much information about the body types in the time available and it was interesting. I wish there had been time to review the questionnaire filled. Priya Yoga has made a massive difference to my whole wellbeing. I started Yoga very late in life and although it has taken time, Priya Yoga has certainly turned me around ...For the better! Priya is a really excellent teacher, she is kind and considerate, her wonderful voice is relaxing yet very encouraging, she will adjust an exercise to suit your requirements. Priya is an excellent yoga teacher who takes great interest in her clients, with a good mix of mindful breathing and gentle progression through the various asanas in her small group classes. I believe I have made good progress in my overall sense of well being since practicing yoga with Priya.
