I love training here, this morning Jon was kind enough to show me how to fold up my clothes REALLY small whilst still wearing them. I think this could be really handy next time I go on holiday, using these skills I reckon I could get most of the family in my hand luggage. 5 stars from me.

All PMA staff have been so welcoming and supportive since my first session and they push us to improve every day. The kickboxing sessions are always enjoyable - I love the atmosphere and positivity from the members, the varied content of the sessions and how the professional knowledge of staff educates us about each technique. I'm a big fan of the jujitsu taught here. Chris and Cameron keep up a really high standard of tuition and are helpful and approachable. The course is excellent and affiliated with Royce Gracie himself who runs sessions here at least once yearly, and the kids sessions are no different. The facility is kept clean and tidy and there's free parking at the site which is conveniently located.

Never imagined my son's self confidence would grow so much in very little time, all thanks to the team at PMA. Classes are always enjoyable and fun, even for us parents who sit and watch! Highly recommended. Thank you PMA.
