  • I’ve been attending the Strength / Cardio sessions with Carole for about 9 months. Carole is an awesome trainer who takes the time to get to know each person and their abilities. Her workouts are very much tailored to the person. Carole’s classes have helped me a lot with technique and generally toning up ahead of my wedding! I’d recommend these classes for anyone who’s keen to exercise in a collaborative and friendly environment.

  • I love this gym and have been attending classes several times a week for 6 months now. I do both the strength classes with Carole and Pilates with Lisa. Both are excellent. For the strength sessions in the gym, class sizes are very small so you get lots of personal instruction and the sessions are varied and fun.   • Reasonably new to Prime, but really enjoying the classes (attending 4 per week) - it’s the first exercise classes I have taken where I feel I can fit in! Lots of age range and abilities - everyone is catered for and looked after to ensure form is correct and exercises are within your capabilities. Carole is superb (not only in classes but also on the nutrition front too) - would 100% recommend.

  • I began attending Prime for a weekly Pilates class as a complete beginner about 18 months ago. I thoroughly enjoy the classes and really feel the benefit of them. I have also attended Lisa for physiotherapy for a couple of musculoskeletal issues and have appreciated her expert and friendly treatment.   • I've been going to Prime Physio for physiotherapy and classes for a few months and have nothing but praise. Everyone working here is very helpful and kind, classes are varied and have lovely atmosphere, and Lisa has been really amazing in aiding my recovery after a lower back injury. The website is also easy to use in order to book a class or an appointment which is a plus.
