My journey with Michelle just begun and it’s been a fantastic start. Michelle has been brilliant in working with my specific needs and truly understands what is necessary to help me meet my goals. I love the friendly atmosphere and the classes are always great, the small groups mean Michelle is keeping an eye on your form something you never get in larger venues! Super recommend 👌

Love this place!! Super friendly, not overwhelming and very welcoming. Always someone to help you on how the machines work but the best thing is Michelle, she’s amazing at what she does… makes you feel comfortable and your sessions go so quick you don’t even feel like you’ve done a work out (till the following day when you get that good ache from working out) unique, friendly and great place to work out!

I started my 1-2-1 PT sessions 9 weeks ago and I honestly can't thank Michelle enough. From day one she has put me at ease, been completely supportive and is pushing me to achieve my goals. The results after 9 weeks speak for themselves and I'm looking forward to continuing my journey with Michelle. If your thinking of joining a gym or starting with a PT then I highly recommend Michelle and the Prime Anatomy Fitness Gym.

I've been attending Prime Anatomy Fitness small group sessions since November and have really seen an improvement in my fitness. I've never enjoyed strength training before, but Michelle makes the sessions fun and her enthusiasm is infectious. Very friendly environment and you feel really supported by everyone in your group.
