I can’t fault Cam! His welcome, his easy going nature, his patience and great confidence in his knowledge and how he can help you is brilliant. I am a new 73 year old customer and so glad to have found this place.

I have been a member of Primal 2 years now and it's ace. Couldn't do a handstand before I came to this gym. Now, and I am 59 years of age, I can hold a freestanding handstand for 30 seconds. I has also been taught other bodyweight skills. No other local gym can touch Primal and I know because I have tried them all.

Ive used many gyms but this place is really welcoming with a great community of members where you feel part of a family, with excellent classes Kam and Hanna the owners are really friendly and helpful along with Callum one the instructors. I would really recommend trying this gym.

Brilliant people, brilliant place. Motivational, knowledgable and also family friendly which is massive for me having two young children to work around. I've always hated the gym as I'm pretty clueless with equipment but I don't feel as uncomfortable here as there's someone on hand to help. I've found a new love in pole. Couldn't recommend them enough.

I spend more time here than I do in my own home. I've tried countless classes and I've not found one that I didn't love. There is something for everyone here and the trainers are brilliant! I would recommend this playground disguised as a gym to anyone!
