I can't recommend Phil highly enough. He was recommended to me by a friend and I asked Phil to help me with my strength and endurance to help me to retrain in a new job using heavy machinery for long periods of time. I cannot believe just how much fitter I have become working with Phil this last two months looking at fitness training and nutrition. It is effecting everything - not just toning up and optimising how I look, or strength but my ability to pull on inner energy when I am tired, less days under the weather and increased immune system, even my balance has become better (I trip and fall less!)!
