How much to replace the leather

I had a very badly worn, cheap footstool that's only redeeming feature was it had sentimental value as it was previously owned and used everyday by my Father. We decided to have our dinning room chairs reupholstered by Jill, we were really impressed by the great choices of fabric and amazing quality of service throughout the process.
