  • My friends surprised me with 5 PT sessions as a birthday gift. I have loved the sessions with Barry. He is a genuinely lovely guy and because he is chatting whilst you are doung the exercises the time just flies by. Every week I have tried new exercises and the day after I have felt it all over! Really enjoyed the sessions and would highly recommend Barry.

  • Signed up for a block of PT sessions with Barry after years of not doing very much activity at all. I hoped to get level of fitness back out of a group setting due to being self conscious. Barry was very patient and put me at ease. My fitness was pretty poor but I could see it improve as the weeks went on which was so motivating. The sessions were varied so it never got boring.
