Andy at Preservation Fitness has taught me so much about health and fitness and in such a short space of time. After a frank discussion with my GP, we have decided it might be time to take a closer look at my weight and diet.I found Andy @preservation fitness on google and after initially taking up the free assessment and training session offer which was great i signed up for 5 sessions. His dietary advice has been great, tasty easy to make meals and after only a couple of weeks i have lost weight.5kg to be exact.Just what the doctor ordered. Thanks Andy.
