Amazing! Everyone here are so friendly! Don't get fooled into thinking that this is going to be a cushy joyride with 1/2 hour classes, it only means that you have to work super hard the whole time and the trainers barely leave you enough energy to leave the studio (especially after a power plate/spin combo). I have dabbled in exercise for the last 20 years, step, kickboxasise, body pump/fit, yoga of various sorts, and while I have given each of them a good six month run I have never made it much past seven. I've been going to Powervibe for a year and it's been amazing! The quality of personal training sessions and spin classes are so good. They really care about your fitness. Would really recommend Powervibe for anyone wanting to get in shape or even just work out once in a while.

Have been to Powervibe a number of times to see personal trainers Ronnie and Maykon. The first visit is all about getting to know each other and they take great care in actually listening to what your fitness goals are so they can develop a personal training program that suits.
