Ginette is the best trainer I've ever had, plus she's friendly, approachable and always fun to spend time with. She has a great understanding of how the female body works especially after having a baby and combined this with *actually listening to me* to create a series of effective workouts which I've enjoyed doing (OK occasionally through gritted teeth, but that's the point, right). My pelvic floor is incredibly glad I found her.

When I was beginning to suffer from anxiety as a result of pelvic floor dysfunction I called Ginette. I was only 3 weeks postpartum after my second baby but I was miserable. Ginette is like every postpartum mum’s fairy godmother! 8mths on and my ab separation is fixed and Tena Lady pads no longer reside in my cupboard!! Best call I ever made. Thank you so much Ginette. I am currently going to the Lucina Fitness 'fit strong mumma' classes, and am really building my strength after having 2 babies. Ginette is friendly and encouraging, and has really helped me to work on my pelvic floor, abdominal separation, and fitness. She also offers advice on nutrition, exercise at home, posture, and getting through life as a busy mum! It's a joy to go to the classes each week and I'd recommend her to any pregnant or postnatal mumma :)

I had classes with Ginette at Lucina fitness all through my recent twin pregnancy. They were of great benefit and I didn't even have the usual pregnancy backache which I had during my first single pregnancy. I slept really well after the classes and felt much more energised during the daytime. I am just waiting for a check up and then will start the post pregnancy class. Ginette is very knowledgable on exercise and also gives loads of tips on all aspects of pregnancy. A really great resource ...

Ginette is a fantastic personal trainer, in just a couple of months I feel fitter, stronger and my diastasis has dramatically improved. She has also given me tools I can use everyday to maintain and improve my posture and physcial health. Ginette is also very encouraging and positive, great to work with. I would recommend her to any woman who is pregnant or had a baby (however long ago that was!).
