  • Maria is an excellent personal trainer. We have been working together twice a week for a number of years. Maria is always thoughtful and creative. If anything is painful she works to alleviate the pain. If I have been driving for a few days she will incorporate more stretching.   • Maria (Power of Fitness) is fantastic. She's helped me to go from doing very little exercise to training several times a week. Her sessions are always fun - she's super up-beat and positive. Her depth of knowledge is very impressive, and she's always happy to explain the rationale for different movements, in terms of the anatomy and physiology. Also, training outside and on Zoom with Maria has meant I've always felt safe re: COVID. Overall, 5 star!
