Nice quirky ground with a few odd structures and some more modern parts. The car park is quite small but there is street parking. A covered awning stretched from the Clubhouse to the pitch and the area had the food sales and a lot of pub type garden tables to sit at whilst you ate - a good touch. The pitch was in excellent condition and the ground very smart in general, it being in the town centre I should imagine the land value is high.
Not the best pitch I have seen at Non League level, and most definitely did not enjoy the chips at all as they were undercooked. The grassed surface around the tea hut area can be muddy, so do be cautious during the Autumn/ Winter. Visiting the club house was the only positive I took from my visit to Parkfield.
