I started seeing Mark to help with recovery from hip surgery pre pandemic that had not had the attention it deserved. He's done a great job helping me to rebuild my balance and get my muscles much stronger. I am definitely much stronger, and in much less pain, since starting work with him. He's got a great studio, with all the kit! Thanks Mark

Amazing online personal training keeps me fit and flexible. During Covid, like many, I was WFH but never thought I'd be TFH (Training From Home). Gym PT sessions with Mark converted to online zoom calls - which I thought wouldn't work - I was wrong, trained just as hard online as I did in the gym. I have been doing Mark's on-line Pilates class for nearly two years now. Mark mixes professionalism and humour at all times to ensure his classes are entertaining and enjoyable at the same time as being challenging and stretching.

I started Mark’s Pilates class via Zoom during the first lockdown in 2020. Since then my balance and core strength has greatly improved and more importantly so has my back. I had been suffering with lower back pain, hip and knee issues for a few years prior to starting Mark’s class (I have scoliosis) and I am happy to say that I am now able to enjoy going for walks again and don’t suffer as a result. I have been doing Marks virtual Pilates class for over two years now. Not only do I enjoy it, it has helped me to improve my core strength and balance. Mark makes it a friendly and inviting class. The exercises encompass the whole body and Mark is able to gear the exercises to all abilities.He is encoraging and can also readily adapt the exercises to accommadate any physical limitations or injuries.
