James helps keep me motivated to achieve my fitness and nutrition goals. I get bored easily, so he is constantly inventing new and interesting exercises to make my programmes more varied and different. I have enjoyed my training with James since 2010, he keeps the sessions varied and interesting and as a consequence the hour flies by. He has written some great programs for me too in order that I can train in between his sessions effectively and avoid injury. I had never been keen on the idea of a PT until I was introduced to James to rebuild my back and core strength. Since then I have appreciated the benefit of a professional PT. Highly recommended.
