  • Mike is by far the best personal trainer i've ever worked with. Honestly you won't look back. His ethos, energy and enthusiasm really helped me to achieve my fitness goals. He constantly tested and pushed me to where I needed to go and was there for me when the diet (probably even more than the training) got tough. I now think of fitness as a way of life rather than just a destination, constantly looking to improve. Thanks for everything.
