I’ve been training with Poppy for a couple of years now and she’s really helped me change my mindset about exercise and what I can achieve. She’s a wonderful coach; very knowledgeable, really supportive and makes a real effort to get to know you to understand your needs and goals. As well as being a great motivator, she’s also lots of fun to be around so will make sure you laugh and enjoy sessions as well as see results - highly recommend!

Poppy's classes and PT sessions have really given me both the knowledge and the confidence boost I needed to start using the gym. It's clear that she's very well informed, and can always answer my questions and provide solutions for any issues I'm having. She's a great motivator, plus she always has new ideas for keeping it interesting if you're getting bored of the same exercises or style of workout. Definitely recommend!

Poppy is an excellent coach that listens to my needs, goals and keeps me challenged. She's fun to be around of and knows how to keep me motivated, which makes me look forward to our sessions. Im extremely happy with the results Im already seeing!!

Poppy is a fantastic personal trainer! I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who wants to get in shape or elevate their levels of fitness. After 4 months of training with Poppy, I look and feel much better, thanks to the perfect mix of fun, motivation and science that Poppy instills in each one of her PT session. Poppy is a fantastic motivator and knows her stuff when it comes to coaching. I’ve gone from no exercise for 5 years to doing her routines 3/4 times a week. I really enjoy our sessions and she’s helped me reach my goals, and then some.
