Excellent facilities, plenty of parking

Lovely club house & good facilities, car park could do with being better sign posted, plus the day we visited there were quite a few teams playing so cars were having to park on the grass verge next to a busy road or park on the field within the grounds, not ideal.

What a marvellous community building! It's large enough for a 'do' but cosy too. There was a mixture of ages here last night and corners for everyone, both young and old(er). It's very clean and light and airy. The feel of the building is welcoming. Perhaps that reflects the people of Poppleton.

This is a top football training ground and boasts all the first class aminaties it should. The training is that of a great standard and anyone who is thinking about getting there kids into football should defanitly give Poppy a try. They can start as young as they like as they have so many age categories, I have visited many clubs and this one is far the best, they have won so many competitions both boys, men and they also do womens/girls football. This is a fantastic football club to get involved with. The under 6 team has great coaches, who teach good skills while making the game fun; my son loves attending ! You can pay for subs online and the have an excellent choice of hot and cold food to enjoy, while the kids play footie ! Great club all the way around.
