Excellent boxing gym. The coaches are great. The fitness classes on a Tuesday and Thursday give an amazing 90 minute work out for people that don't fancy boxing, but want to get a really good work out and learn some boxing skills. Boxer sessions on Monday, Wednesday and Friday focus on people that want to box competitively. No prior experience is necessary.
