Dan and Chloe both exceptional coaches, since joining POD, the guys have taught me so much about fitness and technique, but most importantly made me love the gym. The community they have created is like no other gym, everyone supports each other and there is a team ethos at every session.. 100% recommend!

I would highly recommend POD Personal Training! Chloe & Dan are just the BEST! I have trained with them both for years & absolutely love their sessions. I have trained with Chloe & Dan for 2 years and have had the best experience. They are extremely professional and always make you feel confident in what you are doing. The environment they have created at POD is amazing, everyone is so welcoming and encourages each other! Couldn’t recommend POD training more!

I’ve always struggled to keep up with wanting to get fit, Dan & Chloe push you to be able to go further than you would normally in a gym! The classes offer a wide range of different exercises, some you will 100% enjoy and some not so much! I absolutely LOVE training at POD fitness. The atmosphere in the gym is brilliant and I have made so many friends whilst training there. I mainly train with Dan, but also Chloe and every session is fun and different. The sessions are designed around both strength and fitness and the coaches support us to make sure our form is correct to eliminate any injuries.
