I used Pete’s fitness services and I can honestly say he’s one of the best coaches out there. I was very sceptical at first, as I’ve never used an online coach before but he is with you every step of the way. He’s helped me lose nearly 2 stone in a short but healthy amount of time. I have gained more weight than I should since I became a dad and I just wanted to look decent. So I approached Pete for help. I find Pete firm but fair and definitely knowledgeable and supportive. No problem recommending him and I am glad I did.

Just finished an 8 week transformation with POC Fitness, and the result have been great. I have started an online training with Pete two months ago. My personal goal was to become healthier and stronger. All sessions are very motivating - for each exercise there is a suggestion of easier and harder way of doing it, which makes it easier if you haven't trained regularly for a while like me. Also, Pete shares lots of healthy recipes and he is very supportive. I really enjoy my training with him and highly recommend it to everyone 🙂
