Booked Patrick for a PMQ course, communication before hand was almost none existent but he did confirm he was happy to do it.
Then he emailed in sick on the morning of the course, no further correspondence since. LinkedIn would indicate he was most likely delivering elsewhere. Definitely not PM 'Excellence' :(
