Plympton Lawn Tennis Club

Super-friendly club, great adult and junior coaching sessions, social activities too. I came back to tennis 4 years ago starting with Saturday coaching, then "Rusty Racquets" and now play in local league. New members always given warm welcome.

My shy teenage daughter became keen on tennis after playing it at school for a few years. I took her to look at the courts and site on Tuesday evening and there were a large group of "ladies" playing tennis. We parked up in the adjacent car park and they started trying to get our attention and gesticulating for us to go away! It is not a private site and we were doing no harm. My daughter was very upset and it has put her off playing tennis for good. She has a very low self esteem and anxiety...
