During this 3-hour workshop, you will learn what is depression and the main types of depression.
You will learn how to recognise the main symptoms of depression in yourself and others.
You will learn the main causes of depression and the various ways to treat and avoid depression.
You will also learn that there is not a ‘one size fits all’ approach and that not all sufferers of depression will suffer the same symptoms and that not all treatments are suitable for all.
