Nick is an experienced trainer helped me regain my focus on my health and fitness. I really enjoyed all of my training sessions with both Nick and Nick. Training outside was new to me but I really liked it, even in winter! I always felt comfortable and motivated to go the extra mile. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to feel fitter, stronger and more confident.

Nick has been my PT for about 6 months now and has been fantastic. Sessions are intense, around 40 minutes (so can be there and back in an hr) and he keeps me motivated throughout. Highly recommended!

Nick is an incredible trainer! I started training with him feeling very weak and needed to build strength. He managed to increase my strength and fitness in a matter of weeks. Our sessions are hard yet enjoyable and he motivates you to do your best without exhausting you. I leave his sessions feeling happy with my progress and so excited for the next session. I started training with Nick after coming out of the last lockdown at a time when I was feeling extremely unfit, towards the end of April. I must say that Nick is by far the best I have trained with. He is not only my trainer but he has also become a very good friend in my fitness journey. I have been training with Nick and the team for a few months now and have only positive things to say! I was weary at the beginning having never had a PT session before. I was so pleased when I realised all the trainers listen closely to my needs and adapt their approaches accordingly. They offer varied exercises ensuring no two sessions are the same.
