Always very helpful and produces bespoke pieces, both my dog and pony have beautiful items in both leather and synthetic. They also produce everyday products by hand everything is good quality and very fit for purpose.

The products produced are good quality but the service is where they let me down. I ordered two collars and two leads for my dogs. The replies to emails took a very long time so it took too long to get the order finalised and paid for. There were numerous delays and lack of replies to email. I was promised the goods would be with me within a week or two but when I chased two weeks later I was then promised the middle of the following week.
