Planet Music Academy

My 11 year old daughter has been going to piano lessons at PMA for about 9 months. Her teacher is great and the lessons are age-appropriate. The fact that my daughter gets to chose a lot of the songs she learns, is really motivating for her. We love the friendly atmosphere and the staff’s can-do attitude.

Our children have been with planet music for over a year now and really look forward to their lessons. The teachers and staff are excellent, and they tailor the sessions and music choices to suit the children’s preferences which makes them eager to learn and practice. They give them lots of opportunities to be in bands, perform on the stage and be budding rock stars! We highly recommend Planet Music.

My son has been learning guitar with Jack (who is amazing) for a number of years, he has progressed so much, learning the music that he enjoys to listen to, rather than always just learning set music from books. The lessons are always tailored to my son’s musical interests and ability. The Planet Music team are great, always so welcoming and the environment is encouraging and fun. For parents, the waiting room is comfortable and Edie’s coffees are fab. Wholeheartedly recommend!

My child has attended Planet for a number of years, having guitar lessons with Jack. Planet is awesome, my eldest (teenager) has been a student here for the past 8 years so he’s almost grown up with the place. The team are always so helpful, understanding and the level of tuition is incredibly high…. but it’s not stuffy or rigid, it’s really relaxed yet there’s always focus on seeing the kids improve. So impressed I finally started lessons here myself too as an adult learner! Highly recommend it! I’d also give the coffee a whirl, definitely a flat white worth trying!!
