The six week challenge was just what I needed to get me back on track. Having a set eating plan to follow and a choice of exercise classes to attend 5 days a week made following the plan straight forward and easy to follow. There were daily emails and lots of support on hand and a friendly bunch of ladies at the outdoor classes which I particularly enjoyed. Fantastic. I recently completed the 6 week "boot camp", which was much needed after the excess of Christmas! It was such a lovely, friendly, supportive group that you actually enjoy exercising - even when it was -4 degrees! The coaches are really friendly and motivating, and working in a group really helps to keep you going. I would definitely recommend Plan B to everyone.

If you're looking for some accountability and support in achieving your fitness goals, I definitely recommend Plan B fitness! The trainers are great, and the 1:1 support invaluable. I did their 6 week challenge and not only am I getting up at ridiculous o'clock three mornings a week, rain wind or snow (!), to exercise - I'm enjoying it! I've also lost 10lb which is an added bonus, and now have the energy needed to get through Christmas! ;-)

Plan B works! I was convinced I had tried everything to lose weight, increase energy levels and to get fit but I was wrong! I love the routine of the classes, adore being outdoors (even when it is dark and wet in the middle of winter!) and the trainers are so incredibly supportive! I joined Plan B in 2019 and I have to say it was the best decision I could have made about my fitness. It’s more than just a boot camp, Chris and the coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive and I have learned so much about my health, diet and fitness. I am really proud of the progress I have made. The times of the sessions are convenient too, you can go before work or later if it’s a day off.
