Patrick is a fantastic PT and I would highly recommend him. He creates different sessions every week working on different areas of the body explaining the benefits of the exercise and what it will do. You never get bored! He has helped me massively to get stronger and I have been able to remain injury free because of this! Thank you

I have been training with Pat for 15 months and he has helped me to achieve so much in that time, I feel healthier, lighter stronger and fitter than I have ever been. I have trained with Pat now for 16 months. He is great at listening to what you are trying to achieve and designing all of the sessions to meet these goals. Also we have never done the same session twice! They are all different. I am the strongest I have ever been, my running has improved and I am injury free. Many thanks!!
