Physio Jack

Jack is an outstanding physio who has helped me with my shoulder mobility, strength and confidence following stabilisation surgery last year. I was nervous to start moving my shoulder again after recurrent dislocations, but Jack has been incredibly reassuring at every step of the way. I feel stronger than ever and know what I need to do to maintain this - 100% recommend!

Jack has helped me manage the symptoms of Ehlers Danlos Syndrome through a tailored strengthening and fitness regime. He's measured my progress over time using rep count reports and strength measuring devices as well as charting general wellbeing. I feel really supported and motivated to reach my goals. Jack was so great helping me recover from an injury quickly to be able to complete a marathon just a few weeks after first seeing him. He diagnosed the problem and came up with a rehab plan that worked excellently. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
