Training with Stuart has been absolutely brilliant. He has helped me get back into regular exercise and see progress in just a few weeks. The gym setup is excellent the workouts are always varied which keeps things interesting. I highly recommend training with Stuart.

I signed up with PhysiKcal fitness for 6 weeks intensive PT sessions. Stuart has been amazing to work with. He's professional, friendly and designs varied and interesting sessions. In 6 weeks, I've toned up, hit a pb for deadlift and improved on all my fitness tests. I've really enjoyed every session, thank you Stuart for all your help.

I started training 3 times a week with Stu in the summer after I needed a boost with my fitness. I consider myself physically fit and enjoy attending group fitness classes, but the 1 to 1 sessions provide a whole new dimension. I am accountable, sessions are tailored to me and I have become significantly stronger, fitter and more confident since I started. Thanks Stu!

I’ve been attending circuit training with Stuart for 6 months now and throughout that time I’ve never done the same session twice. They vary every session. Stuart plans sessions that are challenging and engaging and since I’ve been attending I’ve developed my strength and endurance. The amount of kit he has is immense and there is absolutely something for everyone. I highly recommend him. He’s professional, creative and gets results for all his clients.
