Anthony's excellent, professional guidance has allowed me to learn how to safely increase my strength in the gym - an environment I've never previously enjoyed. I can now go to the gym confident that I'm not going to injure myself, and have a coherent plan of action to maximise my time.

I don't know what I would do without Anthony. My fitness, health, passion and attitude to all things sporty, has soared, sky-high.
